Vans Shoes – The Trainers that Fits You
Vans shoes started out as a shoe manufacturer that sold straight to the public in 1966 in Anaheim, California. This brainchild of Paul Van Doren almost immediately became associated with skater culture. The company still gears many of its products toward skaters, snowboarders, surfers, and BMX riders. Vans Trainers are designed with skater style in mind, but also with the idea of using footwear technology to enhance athletic ability in these extreme sporting events. Vans shoes are constantly innovating while staying true to the culture that has made the company what it is today.
Vans come in several different forms, such as classic slip-on, Vans Authentic trainers lace-ups, sk8, sk8-hi hi top trainers and the Zapato Del Barco boat shoes. Though the Vans company has changed hands several times and even been through a declaration of bankruptcy, the Paul Van Doren’s family members are still involved in working for the business.
