Right coolant temperature for a 1992 Corvette?
Hi there, I would like to know what is the right coolant temperature for a 1992 Corvette, I´ve been driving mine and the coolant temperature gauge always seem to get to 3/4 after some time of driving the car. On the other side, the oil temperature is just fine, but I started to worry about this could have damaged my engine or something else, though the car works normally. Unfortunately I don´t have the owner´s manual to check this so I will aprecciate any help or suggestion.
Extended Life Antifreeze/Coolant Prestone Gold. I would go with the straight, not the 50/50 blend. You may want to change your thermostat and/or sensor. Good Luck.
